TitleControlling and Planning a Project (Core) (Fall 2014)
Description A project manager’s role entails controlling and planning a project throughout the duration of the project. This course will teach participants how to create and execute an effective project management plan. It will explore the tools and techniques used to monitor the progress of a project, identify project discrepancies, and resolve/lessen the impact of a problem.
