| Description |
A project manager’s role entails controlling and planning a project throughout the duration of the project. This course will teach participants how to create and execute an effective project management plan. It will explore the tools and techniques used to monitor the progress of a project, identify project discrepancies, and resolve/lessen the impact of a problem.

A full refund will be issued if the refund request is received by the College of the Extended University prior to the first class meeting. No refunds will be issued after the start of the first class meeting.
