| Description |
Project managers must assess and manage the risks of a project in order to ensure a favorable outcome. This course will help participants better understand the critical risks facing projects, before and during the project. Participants will acquire the skills needed to perform risk analysis, to control multiple risks, and to build a risk response plan using strategies practiced by successful project managers.
