Description Project management is a complex discipline that if appropriately executed can produce quality outcomes in a timely manner. For engineers and technical professionals responsible for managing projects, it is especially important to learn these skills in order to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints. Project management skills bring together improvement in the planning, organization, execution and control of a project. Engineers and technical professionals who are also good project managers bring added value to their company. This course will look at project management from a product development perspective.
