| Description |
Project management is a complex discipline that if appropriately executed can produce quality outcomes in a timely manner. For engineers and technical professionals responsible for managing projects, it is especially important to learn these skills in order to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints. Project management skills bring together improvement in the planning, organization, execution and control of a project. Engineers and technical professionals who are also good project managers bring added value to their company. This course will look at project management from a product development perspective.
This course is primarily designed for engineers and R&D professionals, individuals who are responsible for project management, including project managers, project leaders, or anyone in those roles or soon to be in those roles, would benefit from the program.

A full refund will be issued if the refund request is received by the College of the Extended University prior to the first class meeting. No refunds will be issued after the start of the first class meeting.
