This course serves as the capstone to the core courses of the program. This course covers: project lifecycle, project initiation and management, organizational behavior, information delivery, data sharing, total project cost calculation, and cost-benefit analyses of GIS projects. Using real world case studies, students will engage in project proposal writing, budgeting, and planning exercises.
