The Project Risk and Costs Analysis course introduces participant to the importance of effective risk management in the workplace. Participants will examine the key skills and methods related to project risk and cost analysis, and learn how to develop and apply those skills.

Overview

 

The Project Risk and Costs Analysis course will focus on the importance of being able to effectively foresee risk management, primarily in the area of risk’s effects on project costs, with emphasis on the many modern tools that help you and your organization quantify and manage project risk. You will examine the key skills and methods related to project risk and cost analysis, and learn how to develop and apply those skills.
