The Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers course is designed to provide you with an overview of the principal areas of financial management. This course, developed according to American Management Association standards, gives you a working knowledge of financial management for application on a business or personal level. This empowering course will enable all managers to play a more active role in helping there organization by understanding financial and accounting concepts. Participants will be able to gain greater confidence with a working knowledge of business financials. Participants will learn to apply the fundamentals of finance to increase potential profits improve budget management, sell new ideas and assess the financial viability of projects.
