Cal Poly Pomona's College of the Extended University is a dynamic and responsive enterprise that designs and delivers a wide variety of educational programs to its many constituencies. Hours of operation for the Registration Office at the College of the Extended University are as follows:

During Open University registration period (the first two weeks of each quarter) the Registration Office is open as follows:

Any Cal Poly Pomona Alumni Association member or Cal Poly Pomona Faculty/Staff who enroll in an Open University course or any of our non-credit programs, can take advantage of a 10% discount. Note: Courses scheduled at CTTI (Bldg 220A, 220B, or 220C) require a CTTI specific parking permit. Parking permits will be distributed on the first day of class.

Students enrolled in College of the Extended University courses requiring outside research or other academic projects have regular library privileges in accordance with the Cal Poly Pomona library policies and procedures. Students enrolled in such courses should use their College of the Extended University petition to register with the library to obtain services. Visit the library’s website for more information.

Official transcripts for courses taken for academic credit can be ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse. Transcript requests for Professional Development courses can be obtained by emailing the CEU Registration Department.
College of the Extended University students are eligible to receive basic health care services through Cal Poly Pomona's on-campus Student Health Services (Bldg. 46). Students enrolled in College of Extended University courses must pay a fee of $30 per visit (maximum of $60 per quarter and present a current College of the Extended University fee receipt to obtain the following services: visits with licensed doctors and nurse practitioners, x-rays, basic lab work, HIV testing, health education, family planning and birth control classes, annual exams, and orthopedic services.
